Life’s too short to be paying bills, so we’ll do most of that for you!
Your site fee covers many of the expenses that seem to chip away at your time and your budget. No more worrying about when this is due or if you have the money for that… it’s all taken care of, along with your share of costs for maintaining the estate and its facilities. Easy!
You pay this every fortnight by direct debit. The site fee is adjusted annually to CPI.
Bills you don’t have to worry about
- Water Supply and Sewerage charges
- Council Rates
- Emergency Services Levy
- Public Liability and Property Insurance for all community areas
- Maintenance of your front garden and community garden areas
- Repairs and Maintenance of all community area driveways and infrastructure
- Land lease rental
- Caravan Storage area
- Management fee
- Use of Community Centre facilities when complete
So, all you have to look after is….
- Utilities like water, gas, electricity, phone and internet
- Building and contents insurance
- General home and rear garden maintenance
BUT THAT’S NOT WHERE THE GOOD NEWS ENDS
If you’re a candidate for Centrelink Rent Assistance, and qualify for State Government concessions, eligible singles could reduce their Site Fee by more than 50% and couples could save more than $30 dollars a week!
Because you own your home but lease the land at The Bridge Village, your Site Fee is classified as‘rent’ so make sure you check to see if you qualify.
And, any eligible State Government concessions could reduce the Site Fee cost even more.
